Controller

• Full-cycle accounting for commercial property portfolio.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Month-end close processes (Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, Financial Reporting, GL Account Reconciliations, Billing, Payables, etc.
• Year-end close processes.
• Assist Property Manager with tenant recovery billings (CAM, Tax and Utilities) and the annual reconciliation process.
• Assist with the preparation of Annual Tax Returns.
• Process banking transactions, including wire transfers.
• Assist with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
• Assist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of Commercial Property Accounting experience or related field required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Intermediate level of experience in Excel; pivot tables proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and success motivate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance.
