Controller

• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Full-cycle accounting for commercial property portfolio.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Month-end close processes (Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, Financial Reporting, GL Account Reconciliations, Billing, Payables, etc.
• Year-end close processes.
• Reports directly to partners

• CPA
• Strong foundation in Audit (Public Accounting Experience preferred) Commercial Property Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with K-1 preparation.
• Intermediate level of experience in Excel; pivot tables proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and success motivate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance.
