Debt Asset Management Associate

job duties:
  • Collaborate with 3rd party loan servicers for debt service payment distribution.
  • Handle development/renovation loan draw requests with the internal construction management team.
  • Ensure financial compliance with credit facility lenders.
  • Assist in due diligence of underlying property history.
  • Analyze borrower/guarantor financial statements.
  • Aid in deal structuring with credit facility providers.
  • Coordinate bank account establishment for each loan.
  • Support loan closing/funding process.
  • Review financial statements of underlying properties.
  • Monitor financial and reporting covenants.
  • Perform valuation analysis.
  • Provide analytical and asset management support.
  • Oversee third parties in real estate transactions.
  • Communicate with borrowers and lending partners.
  • Analyze investment real estate documents.
  • Maintain outstanding items checklist.
  • Assist loan underwriting functions.
  • Prepare asset summary reports.
  • Manage the debt platform's pipeline report.
  • Process Reserve Account draw requests.
  • Monitor business plans and operating performance.
  • Interpret loan document covenants.
  • Assist in preparing loan committee memorandums.
  • Maintain portfolio statistics.
  • Analyze financial performance reports.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in Real Estate Lending or Portfolio Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in construction lending or loan administration.
  • In-office work required (5days/week).
