job duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary items are accessible and ready for review.
- Manage external relations, acting as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion.
- Draft correspondences and presentations on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Streamline and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related major.
- 5+ years of experience in executive assistance or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
