job duties:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary items are accessible and ready for review.
  • Manage external relations, acting as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion.
  • Draft correspondences and presentations on behalf of the executive.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.
  • Streamline and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related major.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive assistance or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
