Financial Analyst Real Estate

• Develop and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts for residential developments (high-rise condo towers and multifamily projects).
• Prepare performance reports, dashboard visualizations, and monthly loan draws for ongoing projects.
• Support acquisitions by creating and maintaining complex financial models.
• Assist in due diligence reviews and ensure consistency with underwriting standards.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team on various tasks related to acquisitions, loans, refinancings, and partnerships.
• Provide information for appraisals, cost reviews, and investor requests.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Preferred experience or knowledge in real estate development, private equity, debt finance, and data management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Ethical, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player with a professional demeanor.

Education:

• Minimum BA degree (finance preferred) with a focus on quantitative coursework and strong academic performance.
