Loan Originator

•   Loan Origination: Originate commercial real estate loans including acquisition, refinancing, and construction financing, ensuring adherence to lending policies and procedures.

•   Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential lending opportunities and trends in the Miami commercial real estate market.

•   Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry.

•   Financial Analysis: Evaluate loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.

•   Deal Structuring: Collaborate with internal teams to structure loan terms and conditions that meet the needs of both borrowers and the institution while maximizing profitability.

•   Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of loan transactions from origination through closing, ensuring timely and efficient execution while providing superior customer service.

•   Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices throughout the loan origination process.

•   Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and expand business relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a proven track record of loan origination and deal execution.

• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, financial analysis, and lending practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial real estate software applications.
