Investment Associate Real Estate

Overview:

As an Investment Associate at our esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our Acquisitions and Asset Management functions. Reporting directly to the Asset Manager Director, Acquisitions Director, and Managing Partners, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to the success of our investment strategies.

• Evaluate Investment Opportunities: Utilize financial analysis and qualitative data to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Source and Screen Acquisitions: Proactively identify and screen potential acquisitions, demonstrating your keen eye for profitable investments.
• Monitor Financial Performance: Track the financial performance of our investments, comparing actual results to budgets and projections.‍
• Asset Management: Oversee and execute capital improvement projects across our diverse portfolio, ensuring the enhancement of asset value.‍
• On-Site Visits: Travel to visit various properties to identify untapped value potential and gain a deeper understanding of the real estate assets.

• 1 to 2 Years of Finance or Real Estate Analyst Experience: Prior experience in finance or the real estate industry is preferred.
• Asset Management or Acquisitions Background: Candidates with previous experience in asset management or acquisitions will be given preference.
• Strong Organization and Analytical Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and a knack for in-depth data analysis.‍
• Proficient in Excel: Mastery of Excel is essential for this role.
